Rentals are from 3:00pm Saturday to 10:00am the final Saturday of your stay
For reservations booked before May 1, 2026, a deposit of 50% of the total rental, including the 10% Vermont Rooms Tax, is required to confirm any reservation. The balance, plus a refundable $200 damage deposit, is due by May 1, 2026 for rentals of up to 2 weeks.
NOTE: Rentals of more than 2 weeks are subject to earlier balance payment dates.
ALL reservations booked after May 1, 2026 require payment in full, including tax and damage deposit.

Cancellation Policy:
- ALL cancellations are subject to a non-refundable $150 processing fee.
- Full refund less $150 fee if you cancel before April 1, 2026
- 50% refund less $150 fee if you cancel before May 1, 2026
- NO refund after May 1, 2026 except damage deposit
- The Vermont Rooms Tax is NOT refundable after May 1, 2026

Moorings, Rowboat, Kayak and Paddle Board Rentals
- Boat moorings are available free of charge. Please bring your own anchor and mooring lines.
- Rowboat: $80 per week, one available
- Kayak: $80 per kayak per week, 2 available.
- Paddle Board: $80 per week, 2 available
- Youth Kayak: $50 per week, 2 available
- Use of moorings, rowboats, kayaks or paddle boards is at your own risk.
- Reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.
